Essex and Southend LINk covers five localities within Essex, each of which covers the areas of the Primary Care Trusts in Essex. The aim of the locality groups is to identify and address health and social care issues within each locality. Each locality has a dedicated coordinator and an elected chair, and consists of service users and providers from the statutory and voluntary sectors.
Each group has an action plan specifically to identify and meet the needs of its residents and members. Work is divided amongst members and supported by CEMVO. Each group meets on a regular basis and are open to the public, and minutes for previous meetings are available from this site. Future events can be found in the events section of the site.
